Minutes stay monthly: twelve months of a 300-minute plan is 300 minutes each month, not 3,600 to spend at will. A prepaid term starts after your free trial, and we email you the renewal rate during its final month. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.

Minutes, add-ons and setup

If you need more minutes

  • We text you at 80% of your minutes, and again at 100%.
  • Your line never stops answering. We do not cut you off for going over.
  • Top up from your dashboard: 50 minutes for $65 ($1.30 each) or 100 for $120 ($1.20 each).
  • Minutes used past your plan without a top-up are $1.50 each, on your next invoice.
  • Top-ups apply to the month you buy them in. Unused minutes do not carry over.

Consistently over? A larger plan is cheaper than topping up every month — we will tell you when that is true for you.

Every plan keeps call history, recordings and transcripts for 14 days. For clinics we recommend staying at 14 days — on a patient-facing line, keeping less is the safer setting, not a worse one.

Setup

  • Setup is included. We configure the assistant for your business, on your existing number. It takes about 10 minutes of your time.
  • Multi-location or custom call flows — $249 one-time.

What a minute means

  • Time our assistant spends on a live call, including transfers.
  • Calls the assistant marks as spam are not billed.
